Welcome to the Institute of the Arcane, the best high-tech magical school of the modern era! Hone your abilities and train with your adventuring party in the land of Ysaldor. What mysteries await you at the Institute?

Each week is a new adventure, so players can join in at the start of any week! All weeks are beginner friendly. Week #1 and Week #4 will provide extra support for new players who want more help learning how to play D&D.

Week 1: July 7-10 — Level 1-2 characters
Week 2: July 14-17 — Level 3-4 characters
Week 3: July 21-24 – Level 4-5 characters
Week 4: July 28-31 — Level 1-2 characters
Week 5: Aug 4-7 — Level 3-4 characters
Week 6: Aug 11-14 – Level 4-5 characters

Guidelines:

Children under the age of 13 or who have a difficult time moderating their emotions should have their aide or legal guardian near them during the sessions
Keep in mind there are no make up sessions and we do not offer refunds if your child dislikes the event or fellow players. We will do all we can to remedy any group situation by working with the session's GM. Just reach out to [email protected] with any questions, comments, compliments or good puns.

These are inclusive events. We actively welcome gamers who are LGBTQ and those on the ASD Spectrum. Parents, Therapists, and Aides are welcome to be a part of the adventure for children that need support.

Events need no less than 3 kids enrolled to run. Families that enroll in events where too few players sign up will be contacted with options.

Event Cancellation

If WE cancel an event you will receive a full refund
If YOU cancel your event attendance before the event begins you will receive Store Credit.
If you cancel after the event begins you forfeit your fee.

Store Credit does not expire.

Immediate expulsion from the game, without refund of remaining events, will occur if the following happens:
